Overview of Point of View & Experiences Prototype

We detail our process of understanding user needs through interviews and prototype testing. Our goal was to create a user-centered product that effectively addresses real user challenges. We conducted interviews with potential users to gain insights into their experiences and needs. Using this feedback, we developed an initial prototype and tested it with users to gather further feedback. This iterative process allowed us to refine the prototype to better meet user expectations, ensuring our final product is both relevant and effective in solving user problems.

Revised POV & HMWs (How Might We)

Untitled

Best HMW : How might we ensure that ITS TV staff can easily access and request equipment?

Best HMW : How might we ensure the creation of a tool tracking organization that knows who the tool being used on?

Best Hmw : How might we establish a responsive and reliable support system for event organizers?

Best Solution

  1. A filter system that allows users to check tool availability, while the search system simplifies the tool borrowing process.
  2. Implement a system to track the location of company equipment, whether it is in inventory or being borrowed.
  3. Providing alternative tool recommendations system if the tool is unavailable, along with reminders for returning items
